Vijay, B.Com, FCS, LL.B, who is a go-to person to ensure governance in an organisation, a seasoned speaker in various forums like the Chambers of Commerce, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Cost & Management Accounts of India (ICMAI),

He is also researching on “Foreign Direct Investment Policy and Procedures for Startups in India – A study of selected Externalized Companies (flip structures)” with an aim to create ease of doing business (EODB) in India for corporates and enabling ease of living (EOL) for entrepreneur, promoters, directors and CXO’s.

A.N.S. Vijay has authored “OnlyThisMuch” (OTM) series of books for Company Secretary Executive and Professional Program. A.N.S.
